Democrats Abroad Vietnam is well on its way to roaring back to life!

We are thrilled to be holding elections for local DAVN leaders who will serve on the DAVN Executive Committee and lead the way into 2020 and beyond!

The DAVN Executive Committee is comprised of one Chair, one Vice-Chair, one Secretary, one Treasurer, one Counsel, and two Members-At-Large.  Following a call for nominations emailed to all DAVN members who have agreed to receive email messages from us, some of your fellow DAVN members have put their hands up to run for these positions.  Click on the names below to read their candidate statements.

If you are a member of DAVN and have agreed to receive email messages from us, you will have received a link to the ballot on 02 November 2019.  Please be sure to complete and submit the ballot no later than 11:59 PM ICT on 15 November 2019.  No ballots will be accepted after this point.

(If you are a DAVN member and have not received a ballot, please contact the Nominations and Elections Committee and we will work with you to resolve the problem.)

The Nominations and Elections Committee will tally the votes and announce the results at our upcoming General Meeting on 16 November starting at 4:00 PM.  We will gather in Hanoi and HCMC, and also connect to the meeting via WebEx if you would prefer to join from your own home.  Any positions for which there are currently no candidates may be filled by nomination from the floor of the meeting, followed by an election at the meeting.
