Celebrate Thanksgiving with the Democrats Abroad Brittany on Saturday November 30th!
Members of the Democrats Abroad, Brittany Chapter, are invited to attend a Thanksgiving gathering, taking place at NOON on Saturday, November 30th. The meal will be held at a restaurant in central Rennes. The restaurant location, public transportation and parking information will be provided after you RSVP.
The Thanksgiving meal will include the traditional Thanksgiving foods: turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, a green vegetable, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. A vegetarian option will be available. California wine and coffee are included in the total price of 34 euros per person, payable at the restaurant.
This gathering will offer you an opportunity to celebrate our unique national holiday with other Democrats who live in Brittany. The officers of the Brittany Chapter will introduce themselves and update you on the latest news from Democrats Abroad France, including preliminary plans to reverse 2024 Congressional losses. As a part of that we intend to build additional Democrats Abroad subchapters in Brittany. We could use your volunteer help for that and for other tasks if you are so inclined.
Share your RSVP with friends so they know about this event. Ask them to RSVP. Members who would like to attend should RSVP as soon as possible, no later than Monday, November 25th, as seating is limited.
In addition to sending an RSVP, please also send an email to Ruth Miller [email protected]. Indicate (1) whether or not you are bringing a guest and (2) your choice of menu (either turkey or vegetarian).
