Fiji Debate Watch Party in Suva

You're invited to a watch party!

Please join Democrats Abroad on Wednesday the 30th of September at 6:00 PM in Suva to watch the Presidential Candidate Debate. Please bring a dish to share or chip in on our pizza order. Children are welcome, but we do ask that you keep an eye on anyone you bring that’s not old enough to vote.

The debate, which will be in Cleveland, Ohio, will include six 15-minute segments, “dedicated to topics announced in advance in order to encourage deep discussion of the leading issues facing the country," the Commission on Presidential Debates said in a statement.

According to the statement, moderator Chris Wallace has chosen to focus on:

    • The records of President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden
    • The Supreme Court
    • COVID-19
    • The economy
    • "Race and violence in our cities"
    • "The integrity of the election."

To attend (and for directions), please RSVP.

Please feel free to bring a friend and/or forward this to any Americans you know.

    Vinaka!

Come one, come all, and by all means VOTE!

Note that voter registration in many states closes on October 4, so please make sure you request and register on time. International allies welcome, as are children. And you can buy your very own Biden mug, we hope to see you there!
