Here is our first poem. It is really moving and perfect for times like these.
Time & Time Again
There shall be times,
for kneeling down, letting down, sitting down, getting down
There have been times,
When we stood up, fought back, got knocked down and got back up,
It’s times like these, that remember times like those.
It’s times like these,
When we need to stand up, throw up, show up, lift up.
It’s times like these
For going out, standing out, not waiting up, not giving up.
It’s times like these, that we want to be remembered.
For acting like those who did, in times like those.
Get up and Go out and Vote.
