With only 16 days to the election, we need everyone to return their ballots at this critical time. If you have not applied for an overseas absentee ballot, go to www.votefromabroad.org and ask to have your ballot sent by email.

If you have not received your requested ballot, you must fill out a federal write-in ballot (FWAB) ASAP. Go here for more info: https://www.votefromabroad.org/faqs/BB1

In 21 states you can return your ballot electronically, in 5 states you can use fax. See the map below:

Ambassador Barry White reflects on the political climate in the USA:

Ambassador White will be with us in person. Zoom is for those who live outside Oslo.

Ambassador White served in Norway from 2009 until 2013. The embassy staff said he needed no introduction to the job; he was a born Ambassador. Ambassador White is known for his sharp political analysis. He will discuss the political climate in the USA and is open to taking questions from the audience. Election Watch Events:

1. DA Global PJ Party: There will be a global worldwide Zoom where DA members can Zoom in to share thoughts, hopes, and concerns about the election. You can join in your PJs (or clothes) and share your feelings. We will also have members zooming on the ground from the USA. We may even have guest speakers. The Zoom event will start at midnight and end at around 8 am. (6 to 2 am EST). There will be 8 shifts, with 8+ hosts. There might be a breakfast shift in the morning. There will be a lecture, a tasty American buffet (at an additional extra cost), and an election vigil for everyone who wants to follow the year's most important election live. Thomas Seltzer (known from the NRK series UXA – Thomas Seltzer's America) is one of several contributors including Norwegian Ambassador Anniken Huitfeldt will be direct via a link from Washington, DNC DA Delegate & DAN Chair, Christina Skovsgaard will be one speaker.
