6/18/2019 - 2019 state session ended with no ERA bills submitted
12/2019 - State Attorney General filed a lawsuit to make further ratification of the ERA illegal
2021 State Legislature Session Dates
Feb 2 through May 18
What You Can Do
1) Contact your state senator and representative asking them to submit a bill for Alabama to ratify the ERA

2) Contact your state U.S. Senators to co-sponsor the bill to eliminate the deadline for the ERA or thank them if they already are
