VERMONT IS HOLDING ITS DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY ON AUGUST 9 – MAKE SURE YOUR VOICE IS HEARD!
What elections are there in Vermont? What am I voting for?
Vermont will hold a Democratic Primary on August 9 for US Representatives and US Senate as well as state-wide offices such as Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, and your State Representatives and State Senators. The winners of these Democratic primary races will go up against the Republicans in the November 8, 2022 General Election.
All Vermont overseas voters can vote in these crucial races.
Long-time Senator Patrick Leahy is retiring–we must make sure that we keep this seat Democratic. And Republican Governor Phil Scott is up for reelection. Help choose the Democrat to turn the Vermont State House Blue!
Please vote your full ballot – Vermont state elections are hugely important! State government is responsible for voting and state policies regarding climate change, education, health insurance, net neutrality, student loans, and more affect us no matter where we go around the world.
