My name is Joyce Kinnear. We have lived in Bucerias since mid-2023. Prior to that, we lived in Boquete, Panama for 6-1/2 years. While there I served on the board of Democrats Abroad Panama in At-Large, Secretary and Vice President positions. I have been and remain committed to causes supporting each of us as important human beings, worthy of dignity and respect. There is much work that we need to do to return the U.S. to principals of democracy and concern for the average citizen. As U.S. citizens living abroad, it remains our responsibility to our home country, our families and the world to work to eliminate the current frenzy of xenophobia and hatred that is sweeping through our home country.
