If you are receiving this email, it is because you vote in a state that requires you to return your voted ballot via postal mail (or courier) and our records don't show that you have returned your ballot yet. These states are:

Although most states allow ballots to be postmarked by Election Day and returned within an extended window, sometimes that is as few as three extra days (November 6, 2026). Time is of the essence, so if you have received your ballot but haven't mailed it back yet, please do so as soon as possible (this weekend!).

If you mailed your ballot back but your Local Election Office hasn't received it, you should send in a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB, or back-up ballot).
