All non-electors, including members and other observers
wishing to join, must RSVP to attend.

The 2024 Americas Regional Convention will commence sharply at 2:30 PM ET (12:30 PM Costa Rica) on Friday, 30 May 2024.

WHERE: Online via WebEx AND in person in Costa Rica
WHEN: 2:30 PM ET (12:30 AM Costa Rica time) on Friday, 30 May 2024. Online room opens at 2:00 PM ET.
CONVENTION BUSINESS: Election of Americas 2024-2028 Democratic National Committee Member; Election of 2024 Democratic National Convention Americas Delegates; Election of Americas Global Convention Platform Committee Members.

The regional convention involves four (4) major tasks and a few procedural reports. All candidates, electors, and observers will have the opportunity to participate in the proceedings online. The 2024 regional convention involves one Presidential Preference Group (PPG). 

All eligible electors must use the elector opt-in form to RSVP for the 2024 Americas Regional Convention.

Candidates have already registered (opted-in) for the 2024 Americas Regional Convention.

RSVPS FOR THE ONLINE AND IN PERSON EVENT WILL BE POSTED ON APRIL 30.

U.S. citizens and especially members of Democrats Abroad are very welcome to observe the proceedings of the 2024 Americas Regional Convention. Non-U.S.-citizens are also welcome to attend. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, contact the International Secretary to make arrangements: [email protected]
