- Prepare and approve the voting list (roll-call) and quorum determination
- Approval of the agenda
- Elect two persons to attest the minutes
- Determination that the meeting has been duly called
- Reading and approval of the 2024 AGM minutes
- Chair’s report (including Chapter reports)
- Treasurer’s report
- Attestation of the Treasurer's report
- Approval of the accounts and discharge Executive Committee from liability vote
- Nomination and approval of one person to attest the 2025 financial report
- Announcement of election results for Sweden's Executive Committee positions
