Why (Oh why!) Would Anyone Sit In?
Admittedly, attending the Global AGM was a marathon! The preparation for the run-up to the AGM, which included reading about and listening to candidates live, recorded and on the Vote Blue Café podcast, as well as attending preparatory meetings and trainings for the elections, felt onerous at the time. But like a slow quicksand, I was soon stuck to my screen and I feel it was well worth the effort.
