Several states have upcoming presidential and state-level primary elections - make sure your voice is heard!
Why Vote In The Primary Now?
While Joe Biden is the presumptive Democratic Party nominee, primary votes still matter because the number of delegates a candidate receives determines their ability to affect the party platform. A candidate must receive 25% of delegates in order to have a say in crafting the platform, making roll call votes, or gaining any committee seats. So, even if your favorite candidate is no longer running, or you want to solidify a lead, your vote in an upcoming primary will affect future Democratic Party policies.

Register and Request Your Ballot Now!
- Go to www.votefromabroad.org to register to vote and complete the Ballot Request form (FPCA). We recommend that you choose to receive your ballot by EMAIL or ONLINE to get it fastest if your state allows this.
- If you’ve missed your state’s registration deadline to vote in the primaries, you should still register to vote now in order to receive your ballot for the general election.
- If you’ve already received your primary ballot, follow the instructions on the ballot form and send it back as soon as possible! There are lots of delays due to COVID-19!
