Democrats Abroad Spain (DAS) is holding Executive Committee (excom) elections for the 2021-2023 term and we need your vote!
Our organization depends on the participation of the members as we renew our group for the continuing struggle for a better USA and a better world through democratic political engagement. Please help select the new Democrats Abroad Spain leadership committee of Chairperson, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Counsel, and 4 Voting Representatives.
This will be the first time we will organize our DAS chapter elections purely online. Ballot emails (actually an email with a link to an online voting site) were sent out on March 5, 2021. If you think that you did not receive this email, please follow the instructions below.

First, check your spam, promotions, junk and other subfolders. If you need to search for this email, the subject line was It’s time to vote for new DA Spain leaders – your vote matters! and the sender was DA Spain Elections.
If you still find that you have not received the email, you must follow the instructions below:
- Go to www.democratsabroad.org
- Sign in (top right). If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
3. Check your account settings, which is the first option under your name:

6. Make sure that you have not unsubscribed from our emails. The first option on the list below must be checked. This is an action you must take yourself. We cannot send you your ballot--or any other emails--if you have unsubscribed!
7. After verifying all your information and preferences, at the bottom of the page, click SAVE MY DATA if you have made modifications, or MY DATA IS OK if you have not made any modifications:
Please do this by Friday, March 12 in order to ensure that you will receive a new email, which will be sent over the weekend.
Remember that ballot emails cannot be forwarded from one member to another; the link to the voting site is unique to each member and non-transferrable.
Furthermore, ballots this year can only be accessed online; there are no paper ballots.
