The Global Black Caucus is working hard to reach out to Americans around the world and has assembled this “Get out the Vote” toolkit with ideas on how each and every one of our members can help spread the word!

We stand on the shoulders of generations of Black Indigenous People Of Color, who marched, fought, and died for our rights. We will not let them down!

SIMPLE AND EASY THINGS YOU CAN DO BY YOURSELF OR IN A GROUP TO HELP INCREASE VOTER TURNOUT…

If you just have a few minutes:

📧 Send a message to your friends and family to remind them about voting. Find sample messages here.	🏫 Ask your stateside Alma Mater to help study abroad students Vote From Abroad. You can find an email template and more information here.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Make sure your children who will be 18 on or by election day are registered to vote.	✍️ Write a letter to the editor of your hometown paper. You can find information on writing letters to the editor here.
📱 Be a Super-Sharer! Like and share GBC Social Media Posts: Sharing social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc helps spread information about the work that Democrats Abroad and the Democratic party does, plus event, voter, and activism information far and wide.	🛍️Download these materials that you can print out and circulate in your neighborhood or city. VFA tear-off sheets to hang in your local grocery store or other location. Download this pdf and print it out. Grab a pair of scissors and tape, and you're ready to go. If you are unsure how simple this is, watch this short video for confidence. VFA business cards to pass around or leave in public places. You can get these from your local DA Chapter. VFA QR Code Stickers in English or Spanish.
