Göteborg Pride Parade!

Come join Democrats Abroad Western Sweden as we once again celebrate our LGBTQ friends, families, and neighbors and march to call for action in all those places in the world where their rights are still lacking. Come all decked out or come as you are. Celebrate the diversity of human life and human expression on the only planet we have!
We’ll meet at Gibraltarvallen (nearest tram-stop: Chalmers) near Gibraltargatan 42 (look for our American flags) preferably by 11:30am and no later than 12:30pm! The parade should start promptly at 1pm. Otherwise, jump in and join us when you see us marching by.
The parade proceeds along Gibraltargatan and Viktor Rydbergsgatan, past Götaplatsen, down Kungsportsavenyn, past Bältespännarparken and Brunnsparken, finishing at Gustav Adolfs torg. Afterwards we’ll probably find something to eat or drink, perhaps at Rosenkaféet in Trädgårdsföreningen.
