Nominations for the DANL Executive Committee and DPCA Voting Representatives open on 13 May


Do you want to be part of leading Democrats Abroad NL? Nominations open soon.

Every 2 years, we elect leaders to keep Democrats Abroad NL going strong. Our incoming leaders will face an exciting and challenging time as we look forward to growing our majority in the 2022 midterm elections.

Do you want to be part of leading our vibrant organization, and help get out the vote for this crucial election? Or do you know someone with energy and commitment, who you’d like to nominate?

The following positions are open to election for a period of 2 years:

Executive Committee

  • Chair
  • Vice Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Legal Counsel
  • Member-at-Large (2 people)

DPCA Voting Representatives (4 people)

All DANL members in good standing are eligible to nominate candidates and run for office. You can nominate yourself or someone else for one or more positions. Learn more about the roles here.

NOMINATIONS > Deadline: 30 May

Send your nominations for yourself or someone else here. Deadline for receipt of nominations is 30 May. Please include a candidate statement (max. 350 words). If you choose, your statement may include a link to a candidate video. We will publish the candidates’ names and statements by 3 June. Any questions? ELECTION > Annual General Meeting: 13 June

The election will take place at our Democrats Abroad Netherlands Annual General Meeting on 13 June via Zoom.
