2021 EMEA Regional Meeting and RVC Election

The next Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Regional Meeting will be on Sunday, 16 May 2021 and is scheduled to start at 3:00 AM EDT during a recess of the 2021 DPCA Global Meeting. You can check your local time HERE

We will have only one item of business on the agenda: the election of the EMEA Regional Vice Chair for the 2021-2023 term.  A list of declared candidates and their statements can be found here.

All members are welcome to attend the EMEA Regional Meeting.  Please note that only Country Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs are able to vote.

Chairs and Vice Chairs will be sent a separate registration form in late April to register their intent to attend; this list will be used as the basis for quorum. Please note an RSVP on this event page does not register Chairs and Vice Chairs for the purposes of quorum.

A link to the online meeting will be sent to all who RSVP at least one week before the meeting.

    IT Q&A Help Session - May 19, 2021

A chance to come and ask your questions, without needing to sit through a whole training.

Maybe you’ve done the training already and have questions now that you’re starting to do the work yourself. Or maybe you’ve been working with Nationbuilder for a while but you have a particular challenge and would like some help. Or maybe conversation and screensharing is just a better way for you to learn something than a helpdesk ticket.

We’d like to help you get comfortable with the tools we have that will help you to do your work!

Please note: It’s essential to RSVP for the Q&A session, as we won't hold the meeting if there are no RSVPs.

    Kendra Borgen's 2021 Birthday Fundraiser

Having volunteered in politics since I was a teenager I have found a wonderful home within Democrats Abroad – an all volunteer organization.

We run on blood, sweat, tears, & donations!

During my time in Democrats Abroad leadership I’ve noticed how expensive it is to be involved. Going to regional and global meetings is fundamental in getting good work done and is important and instrumental in team building. However, it comes at each individual’s own expense.

I believe everyone should be able to volunteer at the highest level and want to help keep these meetings accessible to people, who may not be as financially flexible, by fundraising for Democrats Abroad Travel Fund.

I had hoped to spend my 40th Birthday in an exotic location but luckily I’m in Amsterdam and you can help me celebrate my 40th birthday virtually. Please help me reach my fundraising goal: $2021 in 2021

Got $40 for my 40th? – Or even $4, or $400 if you’re so inclined –  hit that donate button.

I cannot wait until we can celebrate in person together again.

    Thanks in advance!!!

Donations are made to Democrats Abroad (Democratic Party Committee Abroad) and not to any candidate for Federal Office.

Donations to Democrats Abroad are not tax-deductible.
