In addition to the Oktoberfest wine tasting and beer tasting, DA Germany is also hosting an Oktoberfest prize draw and silent auction! There will be a variety of exciting baskets and items that members can win in the prize draw and some wonderful auction items that members can bid on.
All Oktoberfest activities help DA Germany raise funds that will make it possible for us to hit the ground running once the critical mid-term election year in 2022 begins. These funds allow us to reach Americans living abroad and help ensure they vote!
The prize draw and silent auction are now open and will close on October 30 at 21:00 CET. Members do not need to be present at either of the tasting events to participate in the prize draw or silent auction.

Prize Draw Rules
To enter your name in the prize draw, members must donate to receive virtual tickets. Ticket costs are as follows: €5 for 1 or €20 for 5. One ticket = one submission. Since the prize draw is virtual, you will not receive actual tickets, but we will note down how many virtual tickets you purchase. Participants will be entered to win any one of the available prizes.
Ticket donations must be received, or you must provide proof of a donation transfer, before October 30 at 21:00. Please use the information below to transfer the money.

Once the prize draw closes, winners will be chosen at random for each of the available prizes.
Prize winners will be contacted the following day and shipping of the prize(s) will be arranged.
Silent Auction Rules
To bid on a silent auction item, fill out the corresponding Google form. The Google forms for each of the available items can be found here.
The Google Forms will be regularly updated with the current bid of the item.
Once the silent auction closes, the person with the highest bid will be declared the winner. Winners will be contacted the following day and asked to transfer their donation. Information regarding the item will be shared and if applicable, shipping of the item will be arranged.
