Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter dead at 96
We are all saddened by the death of the former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. We lost someone who was the epitome of grace. Rosalynn Carter was a loving and devoted wife to President Jimmy Carter. Her death at age 96 ends an eventful life as an advocate for good mental health and support for carers.
Before her time in the White House, Rosalynn Carter worked alongside her husband in his various political roles, including his tenure as Governor of Georgia. She was known for her involvement in policy discussions and her commitment to public service.
