• Reception with Senator Tim Kaine (Private residence in Geneva)
  August 30 | 6 PM
  • A friend of Democrats Abroad in Geneva will host Democratic Senator Tim Kaine (D) at home with a cocktail reception on Wednesday, August 30.
  • This event is a fundraiser for the Kaine Victory Fund. Democrats Abroad is not a sponsor but is happy to publicize such events of special interest to our members. Special donation rates are available to Democrats Abroad members.

• DA Basel at the ISB Community Association Welcome BBQ (ISB Aesch campus)

  • We will have a table at this event and are excited to help you register to vote and/or answer your voting questions!
    
     
• Labor Day Celebration! (Hurstmoos Blockhaus, Hindelbank)
  September 3 | 12 PM
  • This is a family-friendly event with activities for attendees young and old! We hope to see many of you there!

  • All are welcome at our chapter meetings; help us plan for upcoming events!

  • Casual drinks for new and existing members.

• Dreiländer Walk (Dreiländereck)
  September 24 | 3 PM
  • We will meet at the Dreiländereck at 3 PM. Then we will take a leisurely stroll through Basel into Weil am Rhein before crossing the Rhine into Huningue. We will end the afternoon at the La Huninguoise Caviste & Bar à vin.

The 2024 election is shaping up to be yet another Most Important Election of our Lifetime. If you are interested in getting more involved, please consider attending the More in '24 Regional Retreat in Alicante, Spain!

The sessions will provide an opportunity to meet other leaders and super-volunteers from across the region, share and build our organizational knowledge, and empower ourselves to create a blue wave from abroad in November 2024.
