randi Weitzner published Become a VOTER PROMOTER and tell every American in Canada they can vote in News 2022-05-04 10:46:29 -0400
Become a VOTER PROMOTER and tell every American in Canada they can vote
Becoming a VOTER PROMOTER is the easiest entry-level volunteer job in DA. YOU decide the amount of time and effort you will devote to this effort. Tell your friends, co-workers, and book club buddies that all Americans can go to VOTE FROM ABROAD.ORG to vote absentee. Tell your friends on social media the same thing. By doing this, you will be spreading the word to the over 500,000 non-voting Americans here in Canada.

Quebec
US CITIZENS/DUAL CITIZENS LIVING IN QUEBEC CAN VOTE IN US ELECTIONS
Everyone needs to know this:
OVERSEAS voters can make the difference in tight races
EVERY vote counts
DA continues to INCREASE the number of votes returned from overseas
- 2024 will be another CONSEQUENTIAL election cycle.
- 2023 will be an important PLANNING year.
- With these two things in mind, I would like to invite all QUEBEC members to consider putting their name in for nomination for the 2023-25 Board.
- Failing that, please consider working WITH the board to assist in its GOTV projects over the next two years.
- The chapter NEEDS your input.
- The chapter needs your ENERGY and IDEAS.
- There are thousands of US citizens/dual citizens in Canada.
- Lots of them live in our province and DA needs to do all that it can to return the maximum number of votes to the US.
The Quebec Chapter Chair, Randi Weitzner, can be reached at [email protected].
Detailed information about voting from Quebec can be found here.

Quebec Chapter Chair
A native New Yorker (downstate) I have lived in Montreal, Quebec, Canada for 33 years. Trained as a social worker, I have a passion for providing services to those in need and so I have prioritized GOTV as my primary DA mission. We have hundreds of thousands of Americans here in Canada who NEED to vote in US elections and I want to reach as many of them as possible.
