It's time to vote as a Democrat Abroad! The Global Presidential Primary is the ONLY opportunity to cast your vote as a constituent residing abroad. We will be sending our own delegation to the Democratic National Convention in August to represent our interests as US citizens living abroad. The more people who vote in our primary, the louder our voice is and the more influence our delegates can have on important votes, like what's included in the Democratic Party Platform.
Voting is easy. First of all, you can come to one of our three in-person polling locations on March 5th in Geneva or 9th in Basel and Zürich. This is a chance to fill out a real ballot and place it in the ballot box! We'll have lots of SWAG, activities for kids, and of course, you'll get your very own "I Voted" sticker! Second, you can request a ballot via email or postal mail here and send it in from home. Third, you can come to a Ballot Assistance Event in Basel, Lausanne, Bern, Zürich, or Ticino and have a drink with fellow Democrats while casting the ballot you requested!
Don't forget, you can only vote for President in the Global Presidential Primary, so be sure to request your primary ballot for your state so you can vote for the rest of your Democratic candidates!
