If you wish to send your ballot via DHL, please note:Ballots should be sent no later than October 28 for delivery by November 3. Later delivery deadlines in some states are being challenged in court so do not take the chance. Send as early as you possibly can, but for delivery no later than November 3!
Contact your Local Election Office and confirm the street address for delivery. DHL will not take deliveries addressed to PO Boxes and many election offices receive courier packages in a different location than standard US mail.
